1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox) and browse to http://mail.girlscoutsaz.org


2. Click the "Can't access my account" link below the password field


3. Enter your full email address in the User ID field and the characters in the picture below to confirm you're a real person



4. Click "Next" then select a contact method where a reset code will be sent ***NOTE: WE MUST HAVE YOUR ALTERNATE EMAIL AND/OR PHONE NUMBER ON FILE FOR THIS TO WORK***


5. Once you receive the verification code follow the on screen prompts to complete your password reset request.
