If you see a red light shining brightly on a thermostat (in 101 or 119), this means that APS is now in control of the settings. This is part of their program to avoid peak situations, especially when it gets very hot and everyone's AC is running. There is nothing we can do on our end - the AC will continue to cycle on and off but the temperature might be a bit warmer - not sure how much but I'm guessing around 80 degrees.
